Cristina was an awesome guide, full of personality and captivating information. Her knowlege of art and of Florence was exceptional and we all learned a great deal from her. Cristina was also very patient with our group of 7 as she adjusted the tour to the uncooperative weather. If you ever plan on being in Florence, a tour with Cristina is a must!

Comment Just a short note to let you all know about our experience with Cristina. Simply put, Mum can’t stop talking about what a wonderful time she had. I echo her thoughts. Florence was amazing and Cristina was absolutely fantastic. The holiday was really for my Mum; to help her “start over” after her husband’s death. Given her age and the support required, I was looking for a professional who was able to provide a “turn-key” service; ensuring that any and all logistics were sorted out.
Cristina was brilliant. Every day, 7 days in a row, there she was, bang on time, all tickets, reservations, transportation, wheelchairs and anything else we needed all arranged faultlessly. She met us on our arrival at our hotel just to spend some time and make sure that the itinerary we’d laid out was exactly what we wanted. She was relaxed, open to modifications and made some excellent suggestions.
Given that Mum has some background in Art History, she was looking for someone who could help her explore Florence at a relaxed pace; learning more about museums and churches she had read about but never seen. Both Mum and I were deeply impressed with Cristina’s depth and breadth of knowledge. Well, I suppose having been a guide for 14 years made it somewhat easier. Even so, she genuinely enjoyed teaching us about her city and country. Every day we were looking forward to catching up with Cristina so we could see more.
In short, she made this holiday truly memorable. Neither of us will forget it. If any of you are looking for a guide in Italy it would be difficult to imagine you would do better than Cristina.

We will see the highlights of Florence,including the Accademia museum with the original Michelangelo's David or the Uffizi Gallery, with Botticelli, Leonardo,paintings,without waiting lines,we will walk inside the Renaissance till the ' Oltrarno' where artesans still work keeping ancient traditions alive.

We will start our tour with the visit of one of the most important museums:THE UFFIZI GALLERY with the original michelangelo's masterpiece the David statue and I will take care of your reservation skiping the huge waiting lines. After that we will continue our walking tour in the religious heart of the city with the baptistery, the cathedral, Giotto's bell tower and Brunelleschi's Dome.
After a break for lunch we will visit the political heart of the city: signoria square, old bridge and the inside of the most beautiful church of Florence SANTA CROCE with giotto's XIV century frescos and Michelangelo's, Galileo's, Machiavelli's
